GCP Fabrications Pty Ltd is a Sydney based company which accommodates clients nationwide.

We specialise in the supply and installation of cladding products such as solid Aluminium panels, Prefinished CFC, Vitrapanel, Trespa, Prodema, Equitone, Genesis and many other external facades, awnings, and interior works.

We also specialise in removing composite or other cladding deemed combustive and supplying and installing replacement panels complying with the latest fire regulations (1530.1) and all other regulations.

All Manufacturing is done in our fully equipped workshop on either our CNC router or wall saw. We also provide rolled edges on our Alubender if required.

SERVICES

Planning

Whether it is a commercial or domestic undertaking, our team can assist you to plan your project. We have an expert team of designers and estimators who will guide you regarding the specific requirements of your project such as manpower, equipment, and materials. From day one to its final execution, we will be side by side with you.

Development

Once the planning process and cladding selection has been completed our expert team of installers will proceed with the set up on site and procurement of materials to be manufactured. Subject to the nature of the project we will proceed to remove non-confirming cladding (on re-clad projects) or manufacturing of panes ready for installation on site.

Execution

We work side by side with the client to guarantee that the project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations and industry standards. Quality control processes are established to monitor and evaluate construction activities throughout the all project to its final stage.
